Return & Refund

Thanks for shopping at Archies Lifestyle! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


• To be qualified for return/refund, the product must be unused and in a similar condition.

• Return/refund cannot be claimed post 36 hours of delivery of the product.

• Make sure to apply for a return/refund within the stipulated time period.

• Refund/Return is not applicable on orders above INR 1,000.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• The refund/return must be initiated by the client only after discovering some major default in the product.

• Once your return is gotten at our office and examined, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned product(s).

• You will be in charge of paying for your very own transportation costs for restoring your thing (if pertinent).

• Transportation costs are non-refundable.

• When the return request is handled you can't drop the request.

• For Return/ Refund rquest, you can email us at : (Note: You must state a justified reason in your Refund/Return request).

• In case of refund, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

• Mobile Cases are not inclusive in the above mentioned Return & Refund policy.

Return/Refund is subject to company’s will and discretion at the point of time of lodgement of such request by the customer.
